i have recently moved from 4 digit extensions to 10 digits. all extensions are in the same partition, and are dialable ip phone-ip phone. I have a single application rule that prepends 91 to a 10 digit number for offnet dialing. Jabber client is in the same CSS as phones, and DID is in same partitioin as IP phones. I cannot dial extension to extension, using the full 10 digit extensions.

Do I need to define application dial rules? Im not sure why, as for internal dialing, i dont need to strip off or prepend any digits.

Thanks
