Certificate Errors

We've received a couple of reports that occasionally a Jabber client will report that the certificate of one of our IM&P servers is not valid. (We've had this reported on both Windows & Android clients)

If, in the Windows client, you click "Show Certificate" when the certificate alert box pops up, the certificate is then said to be valid.

The certificate is current, and the root & intermediate certificates are loaded onto the IM&P server in the cup-xmpp-trust store.

Anyone seen this before, or have any suggestions?

Thanks,

GTG
