Streaming bitrate is hardcoded to 2Mbps, as there are no options in the MMP or API to change it.

Thank you very much for an answer. Do you know if stream layout can be changed ? For now I can see always the same layout . I.e I am not able to force cms to stream only Content or Content + Main Video stream.

That is hardcoded as well, but I think they are working to improve the resolution and have separate streams (ie: video + content). Recommend you reach out to your Cisco Account Team, they can possibly tell you more about what is on the roadmap for CMS around recording and streaming.
