Cannot connect Dual Mode for Android phone

I'm trying to connect a Dual Mode for Android phone to CUCM 10.5 but when I press on verify I keep getting the error: Connection failed. Check your Phone Services settings and try again.

The phone has connectivity to the CUCM since I'm able to open the management website from the phone.

Does anyone have an idea what might be causing this?

The phone is running Android 4.4.4 Kitkat.

Hi Kasper,

This is a generic error when there is reachability issue to CUCM but to find the cause, you may need to collect problem report and see what happens if you have already configured everything according to configuration guide.

Regards
