WebEx - outlook crashing

We began seeing an issue with WebEx causing outlook to crash when opening a meeting with a webex invite attached. We also noticed the body of the invite on the calendar seems to change from HTML to plain text. We're running outlook 2010 and 2013. has anyone seen this? We tried replacing wwlib.dll and it didnt work.

What is the version of the Productivity Tools you are using?

Hi,

I would suggest you reach out to WebEx SaaS support directly as this community is for Cisco WebEx Meetings Server and Cisco Unified MeetingPlace products and not observed by WebEx SaaS experts. You can call them, reference your WebEx Site name, and explain the issue. I am not aware of known problems with this, but they might have more information.
