Is Jabber Guest license free? I was really interested in installing Jabber Guest. We have all of the necessary equipment to support Jabber Guest, I just need to upgrade the VCSc and VCSe to 8.2. It looks like Jabber Guest is a virtual server that needs to be deployed. I went to the Cisco Downloads page and was not able to see the virtual server download file, or anything for Jabber Guest. If licenses need to be purchased, any ideas on the cost would help as well.

You can only get it through a reseller I believe and it is a $0 item, but you still need to purchase licenses for the jabber guest sessions on the VCS

Hello, I deployed Cisco Jabber Guest 11.2.1 in my lab. I was able to download the web addon and the extension for chrome browser. Some days later , i noticed could neither download the web addon or install extension for chrome .

I got this error 404 when i clicked the download button

the above url was not found

I have tried on different pc but still the same error 404

I decided try on firefox. The download icon didn't load. I checked the mozilla firefox extension and added the plugin.

I searched the chrome extension store for the jabber guest but no success

Has Cisco finally moved to webrtc?
