Cannot Hear Jabber Voice to Jabber Voice Calls

Hi,

I have Jabber for Voice on iPhones & iPad's v. 9.1.7 as well as Androids S3 & S5 v. 9.1.5. I can make & recieve calls to internal desk phones and outside PSTN numbers with no problem. However, if I call another person that is also using Jabber Voice they can answer my call but, cannot hear me and I cannot hear them. I'm not sure where to go from this point since any other type of call works just fine.
