getting XMPP presence from CUPS programatically

Hi folks,

I'm trying to figure out how to read XMPP presence for users logged in with Jabber on our CUPS server and it seems to be a box of mystical smoke. Is this documented anywhere? Presence integration for web apps seems to be either poorly documented or the links to information don't work.

There are a host of server-side APIs that Cisco kept after the XCP acquisition. It's mystical only because Cisco hides anything developer-related on a separate site.
