    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am using a Galaxy SII using Cisco Jabber 9.6.0.172028 on Android 4.0.4.&amp;nbsp; I am connected to the IM and VM, but the phone service is not connected.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have my colleague upgraded from Jabber Voice to the current version using a Galaxy SIII and S4, and they are able to login&amp;nbsp;and connect to everything.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can connect to Jabber using an iPad and iPhone with no issues also.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone help?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;stan&lt;/P&gt;</description>
