cisco jabber 9x - users photot not available .

Hello all ,

i have cisco presence 9.1 with jabber 9x , on jabber windows i can see the photo of LDAP users but i cn not see the photo on jabber Iphone. can any one one help me to fix it .

You will need to elaborate your query a little bit. What i would need to know is:

-> Whether the photo is saved as a thumbnail photo ?

-> or, do we access the photo from a URL location ?

-> What version of jabber for iPhone are you referring to ?

If you are referring to jabber for iPhone version 9.6; you would like to refer to the following link to understand how to reconfigure the jabber-config.xml to get the contact photo to work for jabber for iPhone 9.6;

hi!

I have the same problem , in jabber 9.6 for windows , works fine without any configuration in

jabber-config-xml.

now , i will try to configure the photo parameters in the xml file.
