Hi,

is there any possibility to start a third party application from Jabber for Windows when there is an incomming call?

It's needed to open a program (like a CRM system, own exe) which displays a live picture from a surveillience camara.
Would be nice if it's possible to submit the calling number as a parameter

One other option to consider: You can use the Telephony Service Provider (Applications > Plugins on /ccmadmin) to provide a standard TAPI interface your application can interact with. Not ideal but better than nothing.

We installed that TAPI on a Windows Server and user the Microsoft TAPI Server to provide the lines to the users so that the user only see his line and can use single sign on.
