      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my arry is :&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;cucm 8.6&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;presence 8.6&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;whan i install the jabber client ver 9-2-5 on a thik client .(windows)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;problem :on options video&amp;nbsp; the device don't see the camera (the driver install) .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have in the same device a microsoft link install in the seting i can see the the camera works fine . &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i am going to remove microsoft link and replace it in jabber. *&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Q : how can i debug this issue&amp;nbsp; ? my costumer said that it is in my side . &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks guys &lt;/P&gt;</description>
