CWMS - Populate Location field with Meeting ID?

Looking for a way to automatically populate the Location field in Outlook with the Call-in Number and MeetingID.

Currently, scheduling from Outlook leaves it blank, from PT is blank, and from the user login page it just populates it with "Webex Online"

Version I'm running is 2.5.1.4378.B-AE

Our users see other free internet conferencing software with this feature simplifies calling in from a glance at their calendar. When they're told we can't do it with Webex, it gives the image that it's an inferior product, which obviously it is not. If there's an existing PER someone can reference for this, I'd love to tag onto it and send along to my AM.

Hi Kevin,

We have an enhancement request submitted for this feature: CSCus87717 dial-in numbers and meeting ID's to auto-populate the OLLocation field. Please, share this enhancement with your Cisco Account Team as they can pursue it further with Product Management and hopefully get it included in any new release of the product.

At this time, there is no workaround available for this.
