    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have implement CUCM 9.1(1a) and CUP 9.1(1a)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can make calls if i used desk phone for calls but iam unable to make calls whet i turn the option use pc to make calls&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;p.s: i have set up &lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10pt;"&gt;CCMCIP&amp;nbsp; (CUCM ip address) for all users.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Chris&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes i have create CSF&lt;USERID&gt;&amp;nbsp; and it is associated with the user, also dn is associate with the user.&lt;/USERID&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also i have setup primary phone and user id in the csf configuration&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The primary phone is Cisco ip communicator is this a problem ??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have not integrate CUCM or CUP with LDAP.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the uc services are CTI and IM presence.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best Regards.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Christos&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Primary phone should not be a problem as far as I know. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You say you cannot place calls when you switch on to softphone mode. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you see this icon in the bottom right cornet of the client?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG src="http://supportforums.cisco.com/sites/default/files/legacy/6/2/3/143326-Capture.PNG" class="jive-image" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In your cucm do you see your softphone device registered or not ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not, you might want to see if the client sends a SIP REGISTER message to cucm (capture sip traffic using wireshark)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Christos&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;From what I see your deskphone control works fine and the softphone mode fails.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you create a csf device in the following format (csf&lt;USERID&gt;) ?&lt;/USERID&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How about using wireshark to see if the clients sends a SIP REGISTER request out to CUCM ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Other than that I really need to see a Jabber problem report to comment further what might be the issue. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are concerned about uploading it here you can open an SR with TAC&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;HTH,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Christos&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
