topic VCS Control 500 Internal Server Error in Collaboration Applications

Hi,

I am having a problem when an internal Jabber Video for TP client dials to an external Jabber Video for TP client. If the internal client dials to an external client, and the internal client cancel the dialing after 3 seconds(the external client never accepted the call), the dialing tone continues ringing in the external client. The VCS Expressway reports that the traversal license is un use, but after 3 minutes the traversal license is freed and the dialing tone stops in the external client. If the external client accept the call, it disconnected it.

After the 3 minutes the VCS Control reports: 500 Internal Server Error, and the Expressway: 487 request terminated.

Any ideas about this issue?

Thank you,

------------------------

Rodolfo Dávila
