      <title>Jabber for Windows - Ringer does not work</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;For about 3 weeks now, my jabber client will not ring when a call comes in, through my headset or speakers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I thought it was the computer, but I just re-imaged my laptop and still have the same problem, even if I sign into jabber on another computer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am not sure where the problem lies or where to look.&amp;nbsp; Nothing has changed on my account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Call manager 8.6.2.22900-9&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cisco Jabber Client 9.2.0 Build 496&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cisco Personal Communicator 8.6.2.20563-1.1.140&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Windows 7 Pro X64bit&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Stephen Hathaway&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;thanks, this worked for me as well.&amp;nbsp; The user would only get beeps through the headset or on the laptop speakers.&amp;nbsp; DND was checked under the device in CM although the client was not set for DND, it had a green available presence icon showing.&lt;/P&gt;
