      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm VERY new to Cisco Jabber and I'm one of the only ones in my company currently using it - when I try to add a contact the ADD button is greyed out - is this a system setting that needs to be changed by the administrator - or am I doing something wrong?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/P&gt;</description>
