Can we customize Jabber client for windows for adding a new Tab (Button) to the available right click options of user contact ..

My requirment is I should be able to add customized menu option to the available right click options of user contact in Jabber client

which will talk to web service.

This is not possible.

This options are hard-coded.

Thanks for the reply.

I just wanted to confirm one more thing . I was going through the jabber client installation guide where i found that custome tab can be added to Cisco jabber client by modifying jabber-plugin-xml.But i am not sure where will this customized tab gets appeared in jabber client. is it possible to modify Jabber-plugin.xml ?

User Custom Tabs

Users can create their own custom embedded tabs through the client user interface.

You must enable users to create custom embedded tabs. Set true as the value for the AllowUserCustomTabs parameter in your configuration file as follows:
