Presence 9.1, Jabber 9.2 and cloud Webex integration

Hi,

I found it so hard to find a simple document to show how to configue Jabber with webex on the cloud!

Users at Customer site using Jabber 9.2, they choose " Presence" as a "Server type" to log in to the Jabber. now there are 24 ports they bought for Webex and want to use Webex as well ( of course 24 people just can use it).

How the integration between Jabber , Presence and Webex work?

Hello Hamed,

To clarify, CUPS (On-Prem) deployment is independent of WebEx (Cloud) Deployment. Now as for configuration for WebEx deployment, the Jabber for Windows Server Setup guide breaks it into Cloud and On-Prem deployment.

ON-PREM: Cisco Jabber for Windows 9.2.x Server Setup Guide

As for end user login for Jabber, you just have to choose "Cisco WebEx" as Server Type and then "Use the default server" for Login Server:
