    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have multiple users that for the last few days are shown as online in jabber for Windows, but are not logged into any machines and therefore not logged into jabber.&amp;nbsp; Any ideas on how to "reset" and prevent this from happening again?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;there is no wireless connectivity to the system and no access setup on the firewall for Jabber to talk through.&amp;nbsp; On-premise CUPS.&amp;nbsp; Mix of jabber 9.0 9.1 and 9.2.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
