CWMS - plans for Meeting Space?

Is there any plan or road map for adding the Meeting Space functionality to CWMS? As documented in this "Cisco Webex Meetings" quick start guide (http://www.webex.com/includes/documents/Getting_Started_Guide_091114.pdf?TrackID=1029999&hbxref=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.webex.com%2Fsupport%2Fgetting-started.html&goid=quick_start_guide_US), it allows team members to upload documents, share and chat prior to the meeting to prepare for presentation.

We have users who would like to be able to do this (and of course don't understand that CWMS is a different Webex from the hosted version), but there is no ability to do so either from the meeting details on the user portal or via the Outlook plugin. Doesn't seem like a difficult feature to implement considering the storage of said docs could go to the same place recordings are saved.

Hello Kevin,

At this time there are no plans to add this feature to CWMS. There is no enhancement request submitted for something like that either.

I would advise you to prepare the details about this feature and schedule a meeting with your Cisco Account Manager. Share these details with Cisco Account Team and they can take this to Product Management for consideration and implementation in future releases of the product.

For any other feature suggestions that can make the product better, you can follow the same path: clearly document the feature you would like to see and share it with your Cisco Account Team for discussion with Product Management.
