The client now includes the ability as of 10.5 (10.6 was just released) to allow the user to choose what if any pop-ups happen with phone control enabled.

We have not tested it with CAD directly yet, but it should work.

Jabber with CAD. How to disable pop up window for incoming calls?

Our customer is using windows jabber client with CAD UCCX 9.0. In practice, it is not convenient for agents, when with incoming calls they are getting the pop-up windows in the corner. Is there a way to disable it for incoming calls?

No it's not possible to turn it off. Disabling CTI seem's to be the most common workaround.See previous posts

https://supportforums.cisco.com/message/3681294#3681294

Is this now possible with Jabber 10.5 in softphone mode? We'd like to use CAD for call control and so not have the Jabber conversation window steal focus and take up most of the screen...

Thanks for your reply. However I think it does not quite apply to the issue we are facing.

"[...] with phone control enabled." The users do not have a deskphone. They are stuck with the softphone (Jabber CSF profile) and therefor can not choose to enable phone control.

Scenario is Jabber 10.5 in softphone mode (no deskphone at all) + CAD.
