If it's purely going to be registered to the Webex cloud, then the MSRP version is fine.

If you want flexibility in the future, to perhaps register it on-prem, then you should buy the more expensive GPL version.

Dear Expert,

I need to make a BoM for the requirement of WEBEX subscription with one Video End point.

what is the difference between CS-KIT-MSRP-K9 and CS-KIT-K9. which one do i need to include in my BoM? should i take only CS-KIT-MSRP-K9? or should i take both CS-KIT-MSRP-K9 and CS-KIT-K9?

BR,

The "MSRP" part number (which is a lower price) is what you choose when you plan to register the device to the Spark/Webex cloud service. Basically you pay less because you are committing to the monthly subscription. the other part number is just for the hardware, you can register it to CUCM, VCS, or any other network back end.
