Hi,

I have CUCMv8.5 configured with FAC, this feature is working in the 7900 phones, but when I call through Cisco Jabber on Iphone, the call is not complete.

The calls without FAC work in the Cisco Jabber.

Calls associated with Route Patterns with Require Forced Authorization Code enable, dont work with Cisco Jabber.

Calls associated with Route Patterns without Require Forced Authorization Code disable, dont work with Cisco Jabber.

What should I do?

I dont think it is supported yet, similar thread:

You will need to have seperate CSS/RP for Jabber devices which do not rely on FAC.

Hi,

I have a doubt about Cisco Jabber for Windowns with FAC. I have two diferent cluster that use Cisco Jabber for windons with FAC, but on of them is show unexpected result on the call history.

Versions:

CUCM 9.1.2.13900-10

CUIMP 9.1.1.71900-2

Cisco Jabber for Windowns 10.6.4

I could use Cisco Jabber for Windowns with FAC, but when I gonna see the call history it show just *****#.

The another cluster it show the call history with the number. The diference between cluster is Release.

CUCM 9.1.2.11900-12

CUIMP 9.1.1.41900-1
