      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt; Hi Jacob,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;That window is actually the Microsoft outlook call window.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It looks like Click to&amp;nbsp; X did not install on your machine or is disabled.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you have CUPC or Cisco Webex client also installed on your machine?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Katie&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just had this same issue during a deployment. The fix was to go into the Phone and Modem settings on the workstation and change the 'Dial Using' parameter from Tone to Pulse. Once I changed this click to dial began working. Verified on multiple workstations. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tested to see if it would still work if I changed the setting back to Tone, and it did, so my guess is that I just needed to make "a" change to the dialing properties in order for Outlook to start working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
