Hey all,

Anyway to bypass the 'Jabber Quick Setup' wizard that starts automatically after you run Jabber for the first time? I have a user that keeps getting a BSOD when they launch Jabber, and he sees the 'Quick Setup' window right before.

BSOD is a PAGEFAULT in lduv64.sys

Thanks,

Justin

Hi does other video applications work with his webcam? And does he have the correct driver installed?

The video (self view) is launched at the same time as the quick start so it can be that as well? At least he can see the quick start right?

/Magnus

Sent from Cisco Technical Support iPhone App
