    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks Marc, yes URI is associated to both DN/End User.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Issue is now resolved without any changes, looks like Cisco Spark updates takes some time (in my case about 5 days). Now I do not see errors in the Spark Admin portal for these users.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am setting up hybrid call service aware and notice this message when activating Aware service for users "No Directory Number exists in Cisco Unified CM with this directory URI. In Cisco Unified CM Administration, configure a directory number with this directory URI"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The primary DN on the CUCM end user page is globalised number +61..... (E164) &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the Spark user Aware page the Primary DN is 4 digit extension and phone number field is E164&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Correct URI/DN is associated with the end user.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
