Experience version 1.8 and CUCM 8.6

All,

Has someone experience with upgrading the TP environment (CTMS,CTS-MAN and CTS's) to version 1.8 and CUCM from 7.1 to 8.6??

Hello Herald,

I would advise checking the release notes and compatiblity matrices for the devices you are upgrading to see if the upgrade path is supported, whether the older hardware is even compatible with the new software, etc. There usually is a statement in the release notes describing which hardware is compatible and the valid upgrades path.
