    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello everybody,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have recorded a presentation session in Webex as .wrf file.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have followed all the instructions and even made a bit of troubleshooting to start the conversion of the file to a WMV format that I can convert further to MP4.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unfortunately, my Webex recording editor keeps on giving me the "Initializing the Conversion Failed".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have Windows 7 and Windows media player 12.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Webex Recording Editor WBS 31 - 31.3.0.118&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 13.3333px;"&gt;Webex Player WBS 31 - 31.3.0.118&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 13.3333px;"&gt;Webex Recorder &lt;SPAN style="font-size: 13.3333px;"&gt;WBS 31 - 31.3.0.118&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need support to perform this conversion as the WRF format is not read externally.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there anything I can do about it?       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am experiencing this same issue. Trying to convert the WRF format to WMV using Webex Recording Editor. It throws this error, "Error: Initializing the conversion failed". What is the suggested resolution? Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
