Hello is there a way to Change the layout inside of call on the Touch 10?

We would like "Directory" to show before "Recents".

Is there a way to make this happen?

Have you played with CE in room control editor? My colleague wrote a very nice blog not the same situation as yours but shows how to customize the Touch 10 UI.

I am no sure if it can move it but worth looking at. There is also a new feature called CE macros but that may not be right here

I did take a look at the "In Room Control", from what I saw I was not able to configure the main layout unless I wanted to add the in room controls to the existing layout.

The existing buttons on the Touch 10 cannot be moved or deleted at this time.

We are going to try and clear all the recents and turn off call history. So favorites and directory are populated.
