      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone have inbound CallerID working on their Cisco Spark Call service?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a customer where it is not working, but i have Intellipeer saying it is a Spark issue; and Spark saying that if Intellipeer sends the info then they will present it on the phones.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, I had to open a support ticket with the SIP provider, Intelepeer, and they were able to fix it on their end.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They initially passed me back to Spark support, but at the end of the day it was the provider.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
