Spark profile picture in a space

In a space, the current user's picture shows up as a blue bubble but does not show the profile picture. It would be nice if it showed the profile picture and had some other way of marking clearly that the author is the current user.

As a follow-up, it would be nice if when the user changes their profile picture, the picture in chat would reflect what the other users see (either the old picture or the new one, or some combination for message prior to the change and after the change.
