All,

I have an old c20 that I would like to power back on however the camera cable is missing (the one used to power the camera from the codec)

I have tried purchasing an RS232 to RJ45 cable but the camera still will not power on, does the cable cisco provide have special pinouts?

If I use a power supply the camera powers up fine, I am using the x12 zoom camera.

Yes you need a specific cable, attached is the pin out.
