Existing WebEx Account

My company has an existing WebEx account. Can a spark account be associated with an existing WebEx MC account? I saw something about associating WebEx accounts when looking at a way to reset passwords (which is a whole other odd-ball process). However, I don't see any way to connect the two accounts.

Bell! I havent seen a way to do this yet.. I dont think its even ready to be quoted correctly because of the new annuity model. Someone can correct me if Im wrong, but your legacy webex model would have to be converted to the Annuity model first. I dont think its a 1:1 change over. Once your account is changed over for billing purposes, etc, then you get the login info to the admin portal, etc.

Thanks for responding. I would be interested in hearing the details on the conversion. Unless I can position the solution as a component that seamlessly integrates into the customer's pre-existing investment, Spark is more like Fizzle. Just sayin'.

I am hopeful (fingers-crossed) that this has already been worked out and I am just clueless. Wouldn't be the first time.
