      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hey Barry,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No, that's something a bit different.&amp;nbsp; Basically you can get:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;WebEx Connect Guest Edition:&lt;/STRONG&gt; This is the WebEx Connect client and comes at no cost.&amp;nbsp; It's meant for WebEx Connect customers to be able to point their partners/vendors/customers to so they can collaborate externally with those parties.&amp;nbsp; The Guest Edition has a few restrictions (5 spaces, 250 MB storage, no admin tools) and is a version behind (C5.1), so it still uses AIM for IM/presence.&amp;nbsp; This is what you can download here:&amp;nbsp; www.webexconnect.com&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;WebEx Connect C6:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp; This is the paid version that we are selling now&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Cisco Unified Communications Integration for WebEx Connect:&lt;/STRONG&gt; I know, it's a mouthful =).&amp;nbsp; This is the plugin that hooks up your UC Manager with WebEx Connect.&amp;nbsp; It's not officially released yet (though it will be in a little over a month.&amp;nbsp; And yes, it's pretty sweet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Folks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;From the message you have received I'm going to guess the both of you have been using the WebEx Connect Guest Edition.&amp;nbsp; This is the free version you may have downloaded here: www.webex.com/go/wc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that's the case you will not be able to use the C6 client due to the fact that you have a Guest Edition account.&amp;nbsp; Guest Edition accounts are still running on the C5.1 deployment which utilizes AIM for presence and IM.&amp;nbsp; While using the Guest Edition you'll still be able to interoperate with people using C6, but you won't be able to use a C6 client.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Your options are to:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Roll back to the Guest Edition client.&amp;nbsp; You can download this here: &lt;A href="https://download.webexconnect.com/connect/aim/webexconnect.exe" title="https://download.webexconnect.com/connect/aim/webexconnect.exe"&gt;https://download.webexconnect.com/connect/aim/webexconnect.exe&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Upgrade your account to C6.&amp;nbsp; If you're a paid customer you can contact your Cisco WebEx rep to get this moving.&amp;nbsp; If you're a partner, please contacxt your partner rep to get this moving.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I'm mistaken and you haven't been using the Guest Edition, sorry to say that all I can recommend is contacting support.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

Download and run Connect removal tool C5 or C6 based on your connect client version.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3.
