Hello All,

i'm trying to create the integration between Spark Calls and my on premise system.

However, there is an error in Exprecess-E.

1) Jabber -> Expressway-E -> Expressway-C -> CUCM -> PSTN ---- OK

2) CMR Hybrid ----- OK

3) PSTN -> CUCM -> Expressway-C -> Expressway-E -> Spark ----- OK

4) Spark -> Expressway-E -> Expressway-C -> CUCM -> PSTN or IP Phone ----- Error

Expressway Software Version X8.8.1

CUCM version: 10.5.2.15900-8

I want to know what's wrong.

From a developer I consulted with:

They should first figure out where the 404 Not Found is originating. If it originates on the Expressway-C, maybe it's zone configuration between the C and UCM. If it originates on the UCM, it could be CSS configuration for the SIP trunk, something like that.
