Jabber not showing users their complete chat history

"Cisco Jabber is not keeping my conversation history accurately. When I close the program (the 'chat' box), and reopen, I can see everything the person that I had been 'chatting' with said, but only some of what I had said in the conversation. It seems to be related to if I close the conversation box out during the conversation or if I keep the text box open."

This doesn't seem to be affecting anyone else. Jabber version 9.7.1

I recommend you also post this to the Cisco Technical Support Forum since this community does not provide technical support and is not staffed with technical support experts. If you think this could be a bug, then another option is to open a ticket with the Cisco Technical Assistance Center (www.cisco.com/go/support) to get expert debugging assistance.
