Is it possible to integrate CWMS 2.0 with Office 365.

I have tried without success so far

Hi,

Only Exchange 365 hosted is possible to integrate with CWMS for integration purpose. As for using Productivity Tools with Outlook 365 (which is a Web client), that is not possible.

Please, let me know if this is what you wanted to know.

I have tried to set up smtp directly to office 365 using the following recommended setting, but all emails fail.

Server smtp.office365.com

Port 587

Security TLS

Any ideas on where it may be failing?

Hi,

Have you checked if your firewall allows connection from CWMS VMs to smtp.office365.com on port 587?

Have you checked with Microsoft if there is anything on their end that needs to be done to allow this connection?

Keep in mind that in normal Exchange settings, Exchange server must accept connections from CWMS VMs, it must allow relaying of messages to other domains, as well as allow Send As everyone privileges to the account configured under Setting > Email > Variables.
