      <title>Jabber for Everyone ordering partcode?</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying to order a jabber for everyone upgrade for an existing CUCM 7.X customer.&amp;nbsp; As per the ordering ppt release I am using the top level partcode &lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10pt;"&gt;&lt;LABEL for="chk1" style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;CUCM-USR-LIC&lt;/LABEL&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: Calibri; color: #435153;"&gt; but the &lt;SPAN style="color: #435153; font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;JABBER-IM-ADDON &lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;does not appear at a sub level on Cisco Commerce Workspace.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: Calibri; color: #435153;"&gt;Can anyone advise on whether there is another top level partcode I should be using?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-family: Calibri; color: #435153;"&gt;Thanks!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Message was edited on April 19, 2013:&amp;nbsp; Lisa Marcyes from the Cisco Collaboration Community Team added community category and tags for greater ease in filtering (no change to content). &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
