Where do I get the Release Key and Option Key for TMS as the TMSEVAL1 serial number does not work to generate license on Cisco Product License Registration Portal? Trying to add permanent license as the demo license will expire in 20 days.

Has customer purchased TMS serial number/starter kit, with Personal Multiparty/CUWL Pro or SMP Starter or ordering directly?

The Serial number option key is delivered via e-delivery documents directly, in a PDF info doc, that has hard find title;

Look in the e-delivery inbox for a PDF document called "LIC JIGSAW PRODUCT NOTIFICATION w/OEM TPS KEY". This contains the TMS Serial Number release key for direct entry into TMS, it is not delivered by PAK registration like other Cisco licensing. The e-delivery notification went to the email address specified in the sales order. Many times customers don't download all the docs from the e-delivery mailbox creating this question. Any issues, send mail to edelivery-customer-support@cisco.com<mailto:edelivery-customer-support@cisco.com> to retrieve this document.
