&lt;P&gt;I wanted to know can someone tell me where do I go to change the number of rings that a phone rings before it goes to VM. Currently when I call a user the phone is ringing just 2 times and then going to voicemail so I want to change it globally for all the phones in the organization.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you want to change it globally then you will have to go to:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;System &amp;gt; Service Parameters&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;For Server, select a UCM node, pub is fine since this is a cluster wide setting&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;For Service, select "Cisco CallManager"&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Scroll down to "Clusterwide Parameters (Feature - Forward)" then under "Forward No Answer Timer" you can change that to whatever value you like. Default is 12 seconds&amp;nbsp;which equates to approx. 3 rings.&lt;/LI&gt;
