      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;i can't connect to my webex teams account using the application on my windows PC (my device has the necessary requirements for the applicaton)&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The health checker points Upgrade, Notifications, Admin, Authentication as impacted Services.&amp;nbsp; Any solution ideas?&lt;/P&gt;
