We have 3 new Cisco spark room kit plus systems. we also have a Cisco P60 camera connected to each. The 1st room, when it tries to update the camera software, it never updates. The spark unit is on ce9.3.0.7a86dbf1037 and 1 is ce9.2.5

is there a trick to see the camera's and why isn't the kit updating the camera.

Make sure that the ethernet cable is connected correctly between the RoomKit and the P60 (or swap it with a new cable just in case the cable is faulty).

To keep all your units and their behaviour consistent, I'd also recommend that you update them all to the same software release rather than running multiple versions.

The most recent version available at the date of this post is CE9.4.1.
