Good morning, classmates!

My name is Everaldo and I have the following problem, I am trying to make a DDD connection (from one state to another in Brazil), and having the following message from the operator, "the number does not exist", analyzing a few cases here in the forum, I was able to verify that the CUCM was sending a message of cancellation, to an operative dropping the call! Has anyone ever had this kind of problem?

You would need to pull CUCM SDL traces to understand the reason but the calling phone hanging up before the call connects would cause a CANCEL.

I'll check the output for the SDL, if I make a call to the number of a mobile device or another fixed works normally.
