I check the CSS, it is OK but the situation change, the error message on SIP process indict a codec missmatch.

I must check the region parameters in the Trunk SIP is it correct?

hello all i have an issue in a trunk Sip with a unallocated number. the call flow is like that: NativeIP----(0001486821969)---/SIP trunk/-----CUCM----GwVoice-----PSTN. From RTMT the call is rejected by the Trunk SIP CUCM side, with error "unallocated number" SIPT|39111030|UDP|OUT|10.172.152.9|5060|Trunk_NATIVIP|10.172.53.117|5060|2,100,10,1.2330971^10.172.53.117^*|75652529|91491868-3b48-1237-b3a6-5739a94f37b9|404 Not Found
2018/09/25 11:31:05.768|SIPT|39111030|UDP|IN|10.172.152.9|5060|Trunk_NATIVIP|10.172.53.117|5060|2,100,10,1.2330972^10.172.53.117^*|75652530|91491868-3b48-1237-b3a6-5739a94f37b9|ACK
2018/09/25 11:31:05.769|CC|REJECT|39111030|39111031|0140273846|0001486821969|0001486821969|1

Please give me help to troubleshoot this case and fix this call reject.

regards

Hi,
Just make sure that in this SIP Trunk configuration page, in the Inbound CSS, you configured the correct CSS and also that this CSS has the correct partition to see the "0001486821969" DN / corresponding translation pattern (if this number in your CUCM, I wasn't sure).

Yes, I would definitely do that. Check in which device pool your SIP Trunk is configured, and which device pool your phones located. And if they're a different ones, go and check which region each device pool is using, then go and see in the region configuration if each region can "speak" with each other at all and using which region audio codec profile (forgot how it's called exactly).

Ok

I check and change the region and I will back after tests calls.
