Dears,

I have a problem regarding the Selfcare portal from the jabber client,

when i click on the "Open selfcare portal" button in jabber options, it always redirect me to my CUPs server instead of cucm,

i tried alter this option in jabber-config.xml:

<Policies>
<selfcareURL>https://172.16.10.250/ucmuser</selfcareURL>
</Policies>

but it always redirect to my cups ip address instead: https://172.16.10.252/ucmuser

I already tried also using FQDN in the jabber-config.xml, but again with the same result.

Could you please help?

Check this parameter in the CUCM

System—>Enterprise Parameters—>”Self Care Portal Default Server”

Point this to the CUCM server and check

Hey Rajamani!
Thank for your replay, but I have 2 questions about that:
1.) Is it possible to get an redundancy with the option "System—>Enterprise Parameters—>”Self Care Portal Default Server”"?
2.) How can I get jabber-config option "<selfcareURL>https://<address>/ucmuser</selfcareURL>" get working? Because at that point I want to add an Loadbalancer alternate address, so the loadbalancer can check which cucm server is active and reachable for SelfCare-Portal.

Would be an better option in my opinion.

Does changing the server parameter for the Self Care Portal on CUCM affect production? Can I change during business hours?
