Hi All,

We have just installed cucm version 12.

I've downloaded rtmt plugin but i'm not able to login.

I'm facing this message.

RTMT application cannot communicate with specified node/cluster.

Please verify the host IP address is correct and the network connection is up, and try again.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have found more success using RTMT on a linux virtual machine than on windows.

You probably would like to try that.

Rolando A. Valenzuela

btw, RTMT uses an non-standard port, that could be blocked by the firewall also.

Hello Monasir,

Regarding this i would suggest you the below :

1. Please make sure we are entering the correct ip address/ hostname and password.

2 .Check for reachability from your machine that has RTMT installed to the server you are trying to login.

3. Try and logging from a different machine to RTMT,

3. Also you can try and clear certficates when the RTMT pop ups and chec if that works..

4. If issue still persist, try and re-installing the RTMT.

Thanks & Regards

Aman
