Sometimes you need to update your status by sign out and sign out or making a quick call it is also a way to update it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;and sometimes it just takes time to update your status.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What version is your Jabber?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What is the CUCM or CME version?</description>

&lt;P&gt;All my contacts see my as offline, even though I am online. I have to close Jabber and open again, in order to be have the Status – Online.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Is this only happening to your account? If yes, you may need to compare what settings do they (working accounts) have than yours.</description>
