&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to connect iphone jabber app v12.5&amp;nbsp; to cucm v8.6.2 in phone only mode without IM and Presence servers.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; The iphone is able to register to cucm, but when I make calls from the iphone jabber,&amp;nbsp; I get a fastbusy when the remote phone answers the call.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; The attached packet capture shows that the cucm server sends a 503 service unavailable even though the jabber client has successfully registered to cucm.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can any tell me what's missing?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hello lllini,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Jabber version 12.x support UDS with CUCM version 10.5  or later. Jabber 12.x with CUCM version 8.6 will not work. &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can use the lower version of Jabber to work with CUCM 8.6.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;Prassha3&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Rate if you find this helpful</description>
