The WebEx invite didn't populate in user profile if sent to emai

Hi Pratik,

This limitation is caused Outlook/Exchange and how the distribution lists are handled. If you enter a distribution list alias in TO field, an e-mail from Outlook is sent to the Exchange server referencing the list alias and not individual members of this list. Once the notification leaves Outlook, all the communication between Outlook/Productivity Tools and CWMS server is already completed and the info about the invitee includes only the distribution list alias and not individual members of the list. Once the notification reaches Exchange, then Exchange expands the list and sends this invitation to all the members of that list.

I hope this clarifies this behavior for you.

-Dejan
